First time coming in & first time doing yoga in a class setting. Very lovely people and they all helped me out a lot. I came here to drop in for the Saturday aromatherapy yoga class. I dont have a yoga mat or blanket, but there are mats to rent ($2)!
The Slow Flow class was exactly what I needed for the day! I left feeling completely stretched out and rejuvenated. I was a little sore in my inner thighs the next day, but that means it worked! The instructor was super nice and accommodating.
Healing is a journey and so is our personal & professional growth. I love Ana's energy and grateful for her creating this space for the community to embrace. Looking forward to meeting you all.
