Swain Road Cleaners & Alterations is an excellent place for cleaning your clothes. I have had numerous pieces of clothing hemmed or taken in the waist, sleeves, and zippers added. All of the alterations were professional. Please do not hesitate to clean your clothes or get something altered by there wonderful staff.

Swain Road Cleaners & Alterations were very helpful and honest. I tried taking my brand new suit to Mens Wearhouse across the next plaza over and they told me I had to get my suit dry cleaned at the shop a few shops down before i get my suit altered. Mind you it is brand new so I thought it was kind of a waste to get it dry cleaned just to alter it. I ended up calling Swain Road and they said they can do it without the dry cleaning. The service was amazing and fast along with great prices for the altering. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves to save money and support local businesses like this one!

Needed a 24 hour rush alterations for a dress my daughter was going to wear for a wedding. Called multiple places and was denied business on account of the long weekend. Caroline at Swain Road Cleaners & Alterations was kind enough to accommodate us. She and Ema the seamstress dropped everything to make sure my daughter was fitted properly and comfortably. She charged the normal rate but I chose to pay additional as a tip for helping us at the last minute. She was very grateful. Her kindness and help is priceless. Great customer service! Will definitely return to use their services whenever I'm in town. Thanks again!
