I had an appt with the Radiology Dept. on June 19th, 2025. The appt was on time and I was attended to by a young lady named Shelby.

Shelby is the consummate professional, taking the time to explain each and every purpose, and meaning, of the different procedures. She was caring and gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and so very concerned with the patient's welfare.

Sutter Health is fortunate to have such an employee...an asset in every way. She is bright, intelligent, and personable...and cares for the patient.

I have had three surgical procedures and two biopsies in my twenty years of health care. The time between the decision on what treatment was required and the appointment for it was a reasonably short period and communication was good. The care and compassion has been at a level I would hope to receive.

I sat for 45 min for my doctor appt and another 45 for bloodwork!! How the hell do they get away with the hypocrisy! A simple gesture of a phone call or letting you know when you check in how long the wait will be is not that hard!! Absolutely insane!
