We had a blockage in our sewer line at our duplex rental. Super drain was able to send a tech out. The tech arrived on about 30 minutes
Nick was great! He figured out the problem and fixed it. Was done in an hour. He professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He explained two other small issues going on with our sewer line but no high pressure to deal with at this time. He did answer all our questions. I will definitely use Superdrain again!!
We had a leak near the water meter. It was determined by a Cal Water representative that it was on the customer side of the meter. This meant we were responsible for the repairs. I contacted Superdrain due to a recommendation. I checked Google and Yelp reviews to confirm they were a reputable company. The young man who came out was polite, efficient, and worked diligently to fix the leak. It turns out that tree roots were the main cause of our water pipe leaking. It was fixed and the mess that was made during the work performed was cleaned and left in good condition. He was polite and professional and explained the cause for the leak. I have only good words to say about Superdrain. I have been relying on them for close to 7 or eight years. I trust them to work on my rental house and do a good job. We had an issue on the last job but Superdrain made it better than new. They have top notch workers. I would give them more than five stars if I could. ;)
