This Sephora is very nice. I pop in for the specials and am thankful for the cash back offers they have through my bank. I'm interested in Black Woman Owned cosmetics and I think I found the one here. I didn't buy anything yet but I will on purpose at my next trip. Everyone is pleasant and the staff is helpful in assisting me with new items. I'm looking forward to my New Year! New You! 2025! Let's Gooooo!!!
I've been to the Sephora in Lincoln Center multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but it's consistently disappointing. Every time I go in, the associates seem disengaged and never acknowledge me when I walk in. I'm left to browse without anyone asking if I need help or offering assistance. It feels like customer service is lacking, and as a result, I often end up leaving without making a purchase. I've started to avoid this location and would rather just shop online, where I can get what I need without feeling ignored. I hope they consider improving their customer service because, as it stands, it's just not a welcoming shopping experience.
Don’t sleep on Grace to get your full face makeup done for any special event. She was amazing, helpful, & her craft with a brush is extraordinary! Very friendly as well. Would 110% book her again!
