About Recovery Physical Therapy
Recovery Physical Therapy is a highly recommended physical therapy practice that provides excellent care and customer service. The front staff is described as nice, and patients rarely experience long wait times. The therapists are knowledgeable and skilled in their physical therapy techniques. However, some patients have reported that one particular therapist made them feel uncomfortable by making judgmental remarks about their or their child's health history and asking intrusive questions about their personal life. Despite this, the overall experience at Recovery Physical Therapy is positive, with patients praising the kind, courteous, and professional approach of the staff.
If I could give 10 stars I would. These people have gone above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and getting your exercises in correctly. I had a great experience with Dayna ? and the rest of the crew. All were kind curtious, friendly and professional. Thank you team keep up the great work. ???
The front staff was nice, never much of a wait but for some reason the therapist lady made me feel like she was judging me every time we came. She would make remarks about things my son knew about his health history like I should have kept it from him. I'm sorry but my son has been seen by MANY doctors and is well aware of his disability. I didn't appreciate her making me feel this way. Also she was very nosey in wanting to know family living situations. Like lady we are not at a counseling session. Besides that she seemed to know what she was doing physical therapy wise but the other stuff was just weird.
