I was skeptical about the my visit due to the ratings but I didn't wait at all. I came in and was seen within the minute and the staff was extremely friendly and Dr was extremely welcoming.

Front staff is nice sometimes but the wait times and service quality from the doctors themselves is horrible. My PCP was Dr. Bao Quy Nguyen and every time I scheduled an appointment it would include me waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour, getting my weight and heart rate checked, waiting in the exam room for another 30-45 minutes, only to be seen by a doctor that isn't Dr. Nguyen. Went in 3-4 times and in all of my visits I'd never actually seen or talked to him. The doctors there will talk to you for 5-10 minutes and then send you out.
