As I reflect back on my wedding day, mainly because we got our wedding videos back, the WORST part of my day was dealing with this vendor. Completely unprofessional stylist who didn't know how to communicate, thought she could wing my makeup trial and waste my time. She didn't know how to calculate her time and made me late for my wedding, and held up my videographer and photographers who were waiting for me at the ceremony location. She literally asked if we could let her stay behind in our home so she could pack up, and she'd lock up. Are you kidding me?? We gave her a trash bag and literally between myself and my MOH, we scooped all of her supplies into a TRASH BAG. TIMESTAMPS show I carried said bag at 10:52AM when I should've been ready by 10:00AM. Contract snippet attached. My MOH also carried out a bag of Fawn's stuff. Pic attached. And then on top of that, she showed up late at 5:43AM. By the time she unloaded her supplies, got inside, set up, it was 6AM. There was NO way she alone could do 3 hairstyles and 3 makeup applications in 4 hours (6am-10am). Laura tried to say that my MOHs hair was wet and therfore Fawn couldn't work on her. 1. My MOHs hair was a smidge damp and was gone at most 5 minutes to blow dry real quick 2. Fawn was still setting up, so it's not like she was just sitting there idly with nothing to do. She tried to say that at my makeup trial, I didn't bring accurate inspo photos. I did bring accurate photos, but Fawn could not execute them properly. That's not on the client. At the trial, she said she would NoT do my brows because they weren't shaped. That wasn't a requirement for the trial. But I told her I liked the soap brow look. So the day of, my brows didn't come out how I wanted. They were too bold at the front, they looked sharpied!! and I wiped some off with my finger. My mom's lip application never got done because Of time. She used her own lipstick. She also went with a simple brow look because there was no time for Fawn to spend additional time with her on brows. My MOH did her own mascara application, because of time. My hair was Hollywood waves. There was no time to properly smooth out frizz and add any finishing touches to make sure I looked my best. We HAD TO Leave!! Again, all because Fawn: 1. Failed to estimate the time she would need, which in my opinion, would've needed 6 Hours. 2 hr/person for hair & makeup. I'm getting these numbers from previous bridal experience with my other hair & makeup girl who was so professional. Unfortunately she was not available for this date. Post-wedding, I also spoke with a MUA (20+ years experience) and she was appaled when I told her all of this. She felt sooo bad for me. She couldn't believe it! And said that the stylist definitely needed a 2nd person but probably wanted to keep all the $ for herself. 2. On top of #1, she showed up late. My wedding shoes were flats with ankle straps to buckle. I literally did NOT have time to buckle my shoes. I slipped them on and I ran down the driveway with my shoes flip-flopping. I hopped in our car and we took off flying!!! A couple minutes into the drive, my videographer called me asking, WHERE ARE YOU?? I arrived a total mess because of Fawn. Our kind photographer gave me a water and a pep talk to calm me down. The wedding coordinator was also there and thank God for her. I regret ever doing business with Fawn and Laura. I should've just let them keep my deposit and have found someone else to avoid this stress and detrimental start to my wedding day.

This business has bad business practices. They have contracts paid in full so that they can refuse refunds. They have you sign a poorly worded contract so that they say they owe you nothing and you are unable to cancel. Then you have to give a detailed account of why you want to cancel even if you ask for privacy! I feel like I was taken advantage of and the contact does not state there are No Refunds only that there is a 50% fee of the bridal package. Buyer Beware!!!!Services: Makeup services

Laura Dutra did such a fabulous job with my hair for my wedding! She is so professional and made my hair exactly how I imagined it. Laura added extensions in my hair and they blended beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look picture perfect on their day! Thank you Laura for the amazing job you did on my hair!!
