Jose and Kaitlin at Floor & Decor were amazing to work with. Kaitlin was very friendly and welcoming when I first spoke with her, which set the tone right away. Jose truly went above and beyond he took the time to show me multiple tile options, including ones that closely resembled the style I liked, so I could really explore all my choices.
We even went over grout options, and he explained the cleaning products for my existing shower tiles in a way that actually made sense. Had a question regarding solid wood flooring. Fellow at the flooring counter - don't know his name unfortunately - was really helpful in describing wood varieties, hardness profiles and how the stuff is installed. I was not ready to buy that day but will be returning for design center help partly based upon how pleasant and helpful this person was. Good job with customer assistance and knowledge of product.
I’ve gone to Floor & Decor two times before trying to find the right flooring. On my third visit, Larry was walking by and offered some help. I explained that I was on a budget, but I need LVP and gave him a few things I was trying to match. He pointed me to the trending two on the end cap and they weren’t calling to me, but then we walked over to the selection that was in my price range.
