I had an appt.for 9AM. I was still sitting waiting at 9:45AM. This place is like a cattle ranch. The front desk people are rude. Especially the young girl. Patients were called an directed to machines right in the lobby sitting area for testing (1seat n moved to another). Then directed into a separate room and the file went up on another door to see the optometrist. I asked the front desk, "How long is this process?" She said "10 minutes". There was no way I could could get through this process in 10 minutes. After stating this, she just looked at me.

Worst place ever !!!!!! They don't care about you or your time. Had an appointment at 9 doctor and staff rolled up at 8:55 and set up and didn't get seen for an hour!!! Made sure to come early to been seen around my time schedule never again
