If I could give this place zero stars I would. It took me weeks for them to answer the phone in order for me to even make an appointment. At the appointment, it was a 2 hour wait. I had to get up multiple times to ask about the wait time. I was told the Dr missed his lunch and was taking breaks in between the appointments. What kind of service to your patients is that?? The appointment was with my 6 year old daughter. There was no consideration for all of us waiting there, some of us with kids. Don't recommend this place. They take more than 4 months to give you your glasses. How Is with the prom they never answer excuses. They don't have the stuff correct, not a very good place

Took my daughter here for an appointment. Was told to arrive early. Appointment was at 9:40am and my daughter wasn’t seen until 11:45 by the doctor. Unfortunately this was the only place that had a quick appointment and took my daughter’s insurance. I try to be understanding to the staff but besides one girl that was working in the “glasses” section, no one seemed like they wanted to be there. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend because it’s ridiculous that we had to wait over two hours only to be handed a prescription number and be told they unfortunately didn’t have any frames that her insurance would cover.
