I called Eli (owner) and he immediately said bring it in free of charge. Eli had his technician disarm the alarm with no waiting. Later that same day, I went back to have Eli connect the alarm with no issues or waiting. It is nice to know that after 10 years Eli continues to treat his past customers with great care while not trying to price gouge or charge extra fees.
