Xochitl was above and beyond an A+. She explained what products she is using and how it works on the brows. She also asked, if I wanted my brows outlined and filled in, and also explain the process of outlining and filling in the brows. When finished she recommended the product she used to outline and fill my brows. I will definitely refer people her way. Keep up the great work, Xochitl, you're awesome!!!
I’ve always struggle with my bushy brows, so I tried EWC for a change. I was paired with Crystal, and most places just start waxing you without asking how you want your eyebrows shaped. That wasn’t the case here. Before starting, Crystal consulted me on how I wanted my eyebrows. I told her to clean it up and thin them out, but not too much, and boy did she deliver! The thickness, the shape, and the evenness - I was very satisfied. Already have my next appointment with her booked. Thank you, Crystal!
