Discovery Martial Arts is a martial arts school located in Stockton, offering training in Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and Filipino Martial Arts. Their mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all ages (3 and above) and skill levels to develop mental toughness, respect, and martial arts skills. The school offers comprehensive training programs and amenities such as an arcade room, a playroom for younger siblings, and free birthday parties for students. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment with amazing staff who have great patience with the kiddos. Many have noticed significant improvements in their children's confidence, discipline, and focus. The instructors are all very helpful and supportive, creating a great family atmosphere where children flourish and gain an “I can do it!” mindset.
My now 3-year-old son Jino has been attending DMA since around Christmas time when he was 2-years-old. Jino is in the Ninja Zone class with Coach RJ and he loves it! He attends once a week on Mondays or Wednesdays when they have Ninja Zone for the younger children. This place is great because it is clean, spacious, and has a toy room and a free arcade! We signed up our son for 1 year and we plan to sign up his younger brother when he turns 2 this summer. They also host a lot of events for the participants and yesterday they hosted my sons 3rd birthday for free! It was fun and they had a board breaking activity and a Ninja Zone class for the kids. Very welcoming and friendly environment the owner the staff are amazing the patients they have with the kiddos I highly recommend for the little ones has helped my son grow and build so much confidence
Discovery is one of the best decisions to make for your child, especially starting at a young age! My son is 6 and is very shy, timid, and lacking confidence. But within a couple weeks he has shown qualities that are blowing me away. He has an “I can do it!” Mindset and I know it’s only the beginning. The instructors here are all very helpful and supportive. 10 out of 10 from this mom!
