They never honor their warranty. They go out of business and then reopen under another persons name and liscense. Very dishonest business. Beware of the crooked family business. When they close in the USA they go to Mexico and run a company there. They wait a few years and then reopen here.Service: Roof repair
I had tentatively scheduled an appointment for Friday, I just had to confirm it with the owner of the home. I am a real estate agent representing a client who is purchasing a home and in need of a roof estimate. I told the person who I spoke with whose name was Eric that I would call him back to confirm. I confirmed with the owner and then I called back and I got no answer. I called back Wednesday, Thursday and today...left several messages. Very unprofessional!
This roofing company really is the best. They came in and completed the replacement of the roof and clean up in 3 days. They were very professional and kept us informed during the process.
