I had Lauren do my hair. She did a poor job and had me come back the next day to fix it. my natural hair length is down my back. instead of unbraiding the braids, she cut all of the braids on the left side of my head at cheek level. WTH? when I unraveled the cut braided hair to show her that she cut about 3 to 5 inches depending on the braid off of my natural hair, she reapinded.."sorry" and continued to undo my hair like she had pulled too tight rather than cutting off my hair that took me YEARS to grow. Since they did not acknowledge that this was a problem, I asked the young lady in charge what were they going to do that could come close to rectifying what Lauren had done. Her response was to give a $50 discount. I had paid $200 the day before. I asked her , "If you were sitting here and I cut off the whole left side of your hair, would you feel that a discount of $50 would be OK with you?" She said, I am sure she didn't mean to cut your hair off. I have have been coming to Kadi's for years. Usually Kadi does my hair, bur has not been around since opening Stockton. Unless Kadi does right by me, I will make sure that I let everyone know what may done to their hair and how they will be treated ....on Every platform. Every complaint I read was turned around to blame the customer. Let's see how this goes. The fact that All of my money was not refunded is crazy to me. That would be the LEAST that they could do!
