I've been coming to angel massage on and off for years with my family. This is the best facility I've personally been to while trying out different budget massage places. The one critical thing I will say is that they got newer chair/table equipment for their foot massages, and laying flat while having my feet in a bowl of water does make my lower back hurt pretty badly. Regarding other negative reviews, the tip stuff has never been an issue for us cause we just tip right up front, and sometimes certain employees are loud. It's not always that way. Husband and I both had great massages at Angel. We have been traveling and wanted to get massages for aching backs. It was after 5pm on a Sunday and 2 other places we tried said they were too busy when they saw us even though we had called ahead. I figured those other places probably got spooked when they saw me, a woman, and realized I was not looking for a happy ending. Angel was our last attempt before we were just going to give up.
