Called A-1 Exterminators after realizing that there were termites in my family's home. They came out but weren't able to look at the problem because there was too much junk in the way for the inspection to be done. Don gave us his card, and told us to call back once the stuff is moved. A couple weeks later, we called and they were able to come and do the inspection. Don confirmed the termites and explained what the next steps would be. I am now currently waiting on the next steps so we can move forward with getting rid of these pests, but so far things have been great

Before I started with Area Wide, I had another pest control company. They were OK but if I found ants or "bugs" between scheduled appointments, I sometimes had to wait for them to find time to fit me in. Area Wide staff are friendly and responsive. Wesley is my regular technician. If I have ants in kitchen, or notice few bugs in hall, I call Lisa, in the office. She has Wesley come out usually within day or two. Wesley is always polite and clean. He explains what he's doing and what I can expect. I recently had some water damage in laundry room at the ceiling. These have got to be the most down to earth people that I've met professionals in this field of work. They made my mother feel safe. A-1 is the only way to exterminate my problems
