He went above and beyond in doing our roof. The sheathing on the old roof was all full of dry rot due to no ventilation in the attic. Shaun replaced the sheathing, added baffles and strapping so we will not have that problem again. I am surprised our old roof did not leak due to all the mistakes that were made originally. Shaun sent me pictures of all the errors that the roof had and pictures of all the things he corrected. He painted and replaced the fascia boards that were also rotted out again due to installation errors. His price was very reasonable. If you want your roof done professionally and done correct Shaun is the person to do it.“
