Arrived my appointment with Dr. Hirschfield was taken in almost immediately after updating personal info very friendly and welcoming staff, Dr. Hirschfield so patient and understanding very thorough
The office staff was friendly and the dermatologist was friendly and appeared competent. The only negative thing was that the first “person” I talked to when I called the office was AI, and not a person. When the AI transferred me to a real person it was a woman with a heavy accent who I had a difficult time understanding who was in a call center. This felt very impersonal, however I think it’s the wave of the future. 😞
