“I started going to Cosmetic creations early this year to start getting monthly facials and I go with Ayako who is great! Today, there was a mix up with the scheduling and Ayako wasn’t going to be able to make it, but the owner Rebecca who was finishing up a client asked if I waited a bit she could take me in. She finished attending her client, called the other client who was accidentally booked to arrange times with her and took me in for my clarifying facial. Not only was she on it and professional, but also so sweet and attentive to making sure I was relaxed. She was so informative about my combination skin, asking questions, giving tips, and suggestions. She was diligent in extracting the milia on my face , which I didn’t know what it was until today and I recently started getting it and I was concerned. Not only were the extractions painless, but she also recommended a daily cleanser that I am excited to use.

Today’s experience encouraged me because Rebecca as the owner, you can tell loves what she does and cares about her business, her clients and providing the best services and making sure they are getting what they show up for and I think great ownership and leadership reflects in the employees and how they work and treat their clients as well and everyone just seems so friendly and they enjoy what they do! Rebecca and Ayako are great!!“

“This was my 1st time at a spa. I got a massage. They were very friendly here. Clean. You get a tour to show you where everything is. They have lockers there for your belongings. A changing room or you can use the bathroom to change in. They supply you a robe and slippers. There is, a hot tub , sauna and showers. If you forget anything I'm sure they have it. I seen razors , shaving cream, hair supplies, curling iron even. I didn't encounter anyone nudes in this area but they can be in this area. They have separated areas for the men and women so it's completely calm and comfortable. Then there's the common room where you relax for your treatment. They have lemonade, cucumber water, teas and coffee. Pretzels and dried banana for snacks. I recommend bringing a book to read. Cell phones are to stay in your lockers really. It's time for relaxing and quiet. I got a 50 minute massage and it was amazing. I didn't feel uncomfortable , just relaxing.“
