I have been a member on and off for years! I say on and off due to financial reasons but they are always accommodating no matter what. It's definitely an upscale spa but you definitely pay for what you get. I haven't had a bad experience. Now that I'm pregnant I get prenatal massages and they are amazing compared to other places where they are too scared to touch you. Very knowledgeable staff.

My goodness let me tell you !!! I WENT FOR A MASSAGE AND FACIAL. Both amazing magic hands !!! Came out feeling new both ladies very nice and made sure to ask what I wanted before anything began

I just wanted to take the time to say what an outstanding Spa you have at the Porter Ranch, CA location. I first started coming to Hand & Stone many many years ago when Kari was still doing facials. I love the fact that she is now the manager of the spa and leading a team of spa professionals. Kari truly exemplifies what a professional manager and esthetician should be. I recently returned to the spa after Covid settled down and decided to sign up for the monthly membership after having a facial with Jazzy. Jazzy is amazing at what she does!
