Overall I enjoy coming to this gym. Plenty of machines and I usually don't have to wait long for the more popular ones to free up.
I have to second the complaint about the ventilation in the bathrooms though. Especially when the sauna is on the humidity can be a tad suffocating, which is compounded by the bad smell.
The customer service can also be a hit or miss. The clean shaved dark skinned guy at the front desk in particular can be super standoffish and unwelcoming. He'll scan you in without even saying hi or looking you in the face. There is a long, dark haired, fair skinned, woman with high energy that is always a joy... read full review

This place is pretty cool. I like Jerry, she's been super helpful and had made this transition for me super easy. The place is clean and I don't have to wait long for workout machines. I typically go around 8pm and it's not too busy.

Lots of equipment but very crowded with people hogging the machines. Benches are used for storage by customers. Kids just hang out beside the machines and preventing people from using them. No regard for other people.
