So impressed with this guy! we broke the only key to our car while out running an errand. It's one of those keys with a key fob and a chip, which makes it more expensive. He came out and met us within an hour, and was able to pull the chip out of the broken key and save us a bunch of money. Very nice guy too. I recommend tipping him if you get the same great service.

I needed a new key made for my truck and William was very quick to respond and got me a quote once I let him know what I needed. Setting up an appointment was really easy and he followed up the day of. He was on time and worked really efficiently and got me a set of new keys pretty fast. They both work and were exactly what I needed. He's quick, professional, and I would highly recommend.

I had a problem with someone tampering with my driver side door lock. I was unable to get into my care. I called Empire Locksmith and they came out the same day. William Garcia came out so I could get into my car. He then suggested I try and get the new door lock myself as it would cost less. I did and he came out today to install it. I am very satisfied with the company and with Mr. Garcia and would not hesitate to use this company again. Mr. Garcia is knowledgeable and friendly.
