Empire is the company you can rely on. They installed my HVAC system. On Saturday morning my nest thermostat showed no power error. I called Empire and shared the issue and told them it’s not urgent. BUT they offered to have someone come by within an hour!!! The owner of the company prioritize customers first and shows it everyday with his team. And he has a great team.

Brian is superb!!! He came and within minutes troubleshoot and fixed the issue. It was the wiring that caused the issue. The best, Brian educated me on why it could have happened and possible steps including warranty wt Nest. And the entire time with a big smile.

We had a new HVAC installed by Empire and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Now we have them come out 2 times annually for maintenance. We also had them replace our water heater. They are always responsive, professional and honor the time commitments they schedule. Highly recommend.
