In my experience appointments are easy to get, with same-week if not same-day appointments usually available, and appointments typically run on time. I've had a good experience for routine care and most of the medical staff are very nice. However, some of the doctors and nurses here give outdated medical advice or are generally misinformed about current medical guidelines and Cardinal Care. You should be prepared to advocate for yourself or switch providers within Vaden if you need a referral for specialty care.

Benjamin Silverberg is the best Primary Care Provider I have ever had in my life. Cannot recommend more! As a black man, I always feel heard when I voice my problems. Amazing Service.

As someone who has received care from both Kaiser and Valley Medical, I can honestly say that I have the utmost respect for Vaden Health Center. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They remember me by name and always take the time to ask how I am doing.

Furthermore, Dr. Benjamin Silverberg is one of the physicians I respect most, across any facility where I have received care. He is knowledgeable, professional, and consistently provides excellent care.
