We live near M Ranch Sauna, and I gave it try it yesterday. I’ve got long COVID, and I’m looking for relief from fatigue and better sleep.I was greeted by Terry when I arrived. We walked to the sauna/shower and changing room buildings. Both buildings are new and spotlessly clean.His explanation for how everything works was clear and thorough. Terry explained that this is a Finnish sauna, and instructed me how to add water to the stones to add heat and moisture to the air. This was my first time using a sauna, and Terry advised me to “embrace the heat” and I did.During my 90 minute session, I completed 4 heat and cooldown cycles. This place is a wonderful escape. Both Terry and Jenny are excellent hosts and will give you an experience you will always remember. I have been able to enjoy this sauna a few times now and look forward to when I will be able to enjoy it again. If you are in need of a relaxing event give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
My wife and I had a great time at the M Ranch Sauna. The owners were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, with plenty of snacks and water provided. Highly recommend!
