We called on a Monday afternoon explaining our needs & then Jeff explained his cleaning procedure. Jeff came out the next day & made a huge difference in our carpets & chair. This was a different type of carpet cleaning than I've had from other carpet cleaning businesses. I believe it's because Chem-Dry is a different process than the typical carpet cleaner. If you understand the difference, I think that can help manage your expectation. And that's why I'm giving 4 stars, even though I personally was not happy with my carpet afterward. Like all the other 5 star reviews, we agree and are completely satisfied with the work quality and service. This is the second time using Chem-dry and will keep using them in the future unless the ownership changes. I could feel the clean difference with our carpet after the last cleaning. Also, we had some bar stools cleaned and they look so much better after all the food the kids drop on them. Thanks so much!
