My experience with ZenZen nails is always a pleasure. Nobody is shuffling me around or making me wait for my appointment. This shop is by appointment only, with a small deposit, but it's truly a bespoke experience and worth taking the time to make some time to pamper yourself.
Found Sing completely randomly maybe 7yrs ago when she was renting a space in the back of a barber shop in La Mesa. I am ridiculously picky and was really frustrated by all of the 'pump and dump' nail salons out there.
I may have just made up that term but most places do a super half-assed job in express mode. Well, I work with my hands and whatever I pay for a manicure...it needs to last.

Easily the best nail salon I’ve been to. This is a small, locally owned business and the owner Sing is amazing. She’s professional, kind, patient, and really takes her time to make sure everything is done right.
I go in regularly for pedicures and the experience is always relaxing with excellent results. My partner gets her nails done here, and they consistently come out flawless. The quality of her work speaks for itself—you can tell she truly cares about what she does.
