WOW, What great service and courtesy. They called to let us know when they wereon the way, when the part was arriving, when he would be back, etc.Cleaned everything and lubed all moving parts while he had appliance apart.Hooked up and checked everything for leaks, even the exhaust hose.Saved us money by checking other things like belts to make sure they were ok.I would recommend these folks to everyone...a 10 plus......AAA+++Bill
