I selected them based on their positive Yelp reviews and my initial email exchange with them was fantastic regarding the project I wanted completed. Then they were a no-show on the agreed-to appointment date. I wasn’t very happy about the missed appointment and immediately thought “typical contractor” but I reached out to their office and discovered it was an honest mistake where my previous email thread on Yelp regarding the appointment didn’t get on the schedule with the front office. Teresa was very quick to rectify the situation and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and even offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience.
