I called to have them repair my washing machine. REALLY Appreciated the honest estimate and response, even though it cost him a $300 repair job. I gave them the information, error codes, he let me know that the part was not available locally and that even though the machine was not used that much, my washer was near the end of its projected life and it was better to limp on and put the money towards a new machine. Really respected that! Thank you

Dave was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day I placed the call to him. That was GREAT since all other establishments had appointments booked out 4 days. He arrived in the timeframe promised and was able to identify the problem quickly. Follow up scheduled for parts order and replacement. Great impression of the initial visit, will update review upon completion.
