Felipe's estimate came well under the other estimates that I collected, and he proposed using a smaller, more efficient 80% two-stage Bryant furnace. We accepted his bid and were grateful for all he did: Felipe was extremely knowledgeable making excellent recommendations all along the way, punctual, an excellent communicator, and the installed furnace looks great and works like a charm (see attached photo).

Unfortunately a mistake got made and the wrong tile was delivered, easy enough to happen. Daltile reached out the sales rep and realized it was their mistake and they owned it to the point of going to get the tile at one of there warehouses two hours away in order to make it right and keep my job on schedule.
