He made me feel at ease with a really stressful situation and the fact that VanGo Rooter sent him over within an hour and a half of calling was a huge relief. We just moved into our new home in Granite Bay. On the first day, the kitchen sink backed up. I called Vango rooter around noon on a Friday. They had some one out that day. He cleared the drain and did not charge an outrages amount for after hours . A week later I needed a Flow valve from Moen installed for the Insurance co. this had to be done b4 the EOM. This was on the 30th. Vango Rooter was able to send couple guys out that day to look at the job. Then they were back the next morning with parts. The valve was installed on time. And I was able to get the registration letter over to my insurance co. the people that came out were all knowledgeable and professional .

Have used this company twice and was quite impressed by their service. I don't usually leave a review for contractors, but both times were really good. Plumbers (this time was Andrew) were knowledgeable, walked you through the things behind the scene and most importantly being open and honest. You don't feel they try to get you pay beyond what's necessary. I feel I can trust them.
