Love the ability to schedule drop off of documents to be shredded. Easy to witness them being destroyed and charge can be paid then or added to your quarterly invoice if you have an existing account with them. Easy!
Household hazardous waste dropoff is available by appointment, once a month. It's better to call ahead and ask what waste is accepted before driving in. No charge for residents with a valid address.
Really amazing experience with their customer service. I have called 3x since moving into a South SF home, and there has been 0 wait time on the call. The lady was polite and informative of services and answered all my questions detailed. I was expecting a 30 min call, as is common for other utilities, and I finished the call in 3 minutes. Thank you!!
