Received bill for late filing due to their delay questioned the invoice never received a response just another invoice 4 months later. Price billed was quite high for normal return. Moving on from them

I called about a relatively simple (but beyond my scope of understanding) personal tax issue and Hal kindly walked me through the way to solve it without having to set up an appointment. I am pretty dense about tax issues, and he went out of his way to help me. I will 100% use them when the need arises.
