Hands down the worst medical staff I've ever dealt with. If I could give them negative stars I would. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude & passive aggressive & when I let her know that I needed an appointment today, not on Monday, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! She slammed the phone down so hard. I attempted to call back & 4 times in a row she picked up, did not say anything because she was waiting for me to speak & when I did, HUNG UP AGAIN! On the 5th call she had someone else answer & try & tell me their phones weren't working. They were working fine. The people using them weren't. As I was trying to explain to this equally rude person that it wasn't a "phone line" issue because I heard the phone slam into the cradle this woman had nerve to start yelling at me before hanging up again as I started speaking. Do yourself a favor doc, get a new staff immediately

No experience whatsoever, Office staff they have no clue on physical therapy, nor any experience at all!!
Sessions they supposed to last 30 minutes they’ll put you on a stupid stretch machine, Bruce Orick that it doesn’t do any good to anyone for five minutes then 10 minutes of electric wave on The body ,
And you’re done In 15 minutes and he is billing the insurance for 10 sessions $8000
10 sessions $8000 Not to mention, no recovery you go in the same you come out the same?

Accidents are always challenging experiences. If given a choice, I would never have opted to be struck by an 18-wheeler; I might have preferred an encounter with Optimus Prime himself. I visited various recommended locations, including trusted Orthopedic Doctors and several MRI centers, in case I wanted second opinions. Dr. Patel's commitment to transparency and thoroughness encompassed all aspects of my recovery, and I will forever be grateful that our paths crossed. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr Patel to anyone who is in need of chiropractic services.
