I had an excellent experience here. Kenny, the optical manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even waiting in line, I could tell he is absolutely devoted to making the customer's experience as enjoyable as possible. I was visiting San Francisco from Los Angeles and needed to get some new contacts ASAP because my vision was half blurry. He did not hesitate to do what he could to help, and he was incredibly empathetic to my predicament.

Came here for eye exam before my shopping trip. It was a breeze! It was very easy to make an appointment on their website at SFO Eye Care. When I arrived, I got to see the doctor right away. They did all the check-ups and contact lens fitting professionally. I'm very happy with my new contacts. They also gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my dry eyes. Really good experience. I would totally come back.

We have been going to Costco SFO for years. But we recently found out Costco SFO took over this office. Since this office is closer, we came here to try it out. When we got to the office, the team was incredibly nice and patient. The checkup went fast and smoothly. They even took a closer look at my retinas because of my high prescription and I was able to learn more about some of the new technology they have available.With a quick detour to Costco Optical, I was able to get back to my Costco holiday shopping
