Front desk horrible customer service. Never pick up their phone. I was not able to schedule an appointment after 7 days of trying. I received a text message instead of a call and the reply was very unprofessional. Obviously the person at the front desk does not appreciate her job. I called another chiropractors office and got an appointment with one phone call.
Dr. Nikoo is wonderful! First ever visit to the chiropractor and the difference when I left was so noticeable! Immediate pain relief. Thank goodness for Dr. Nikoo.
I'm 43 years old and have had lower back problems my entire life. Western medicine consists of medication (a bandaid that won't fix the problem) or the knife. I gave up on that a long time ago. I found massage guns, inversion tables, stretching and other apparatuses (which helped, most of the time). But when my back seized up (not just spasmed), none of my normal routines helped.
