I had to have an emergency tow from my college campus to the closest shop available. The driver came was there within 7 minutes, and found my car with no issues! This surprised me because the campus is large and I was parked behind a building. The tow driver was very kind and reassured me that my car would be ok. He even took the extra time to find me (and call) a reputable shop within 10 miles so the the tow cost could be low! My roommate and I followed my car to the shop (it was on a flatbed) and he took the time to make sure we were behind him.
