I recently purchased an ATN ODIN LT THERMAL MONOCULAR and I'd like to say Tech Support for it (and all ATN products I own) has been absolutely great! There's never a long wait when I call and it's clear the Techs have an excellent, detailed understanding of every ATN product. They are highly skilled and professional in explaining the operation of the monocular and scopes I've purchased and also providing tips for using them in the field. They're also very good at dealing with warranty issues efficiently and quickly, with no hassle.
I had an issue: the mount for my thermal was missing from the shipment. I called Customer Service. Got an email right away from Faris Oran, who got the problem solved. No hassle. No problems.
