I have used Atlas Heating for over 40 years. They have managed this last year to keep my 30 plus year old heater running although I do realize that its demise is approaching fast. When I finally DO get a new heater, it will be through Atlas. Their technicians are always willing to listen to any worries/concerns/problems I may have with my heater and fix it to the best of their ability in spite of the heater's age. They are always prompt and courteous and clean up anything left behind. Josh was my technician today and he went out of his way to explain what was going on with my heater and noticed one of the dampers to a duct was turned off so he fixed that as well. We have used Atlas Heating for years to maintain the furnace for a flat in SF. They have always been on time and very professional with their work effort. We recently had an experience where the tenant smelled a burning odor coming from the vents. We contacted Chris, in service, and within 30 minutes had a technician, Jessie, at the site checking out and correcting the issue of a capacitor failure. The tenants were extremely happy with the rapid response and quick fix so they could us the heater. Very reasonable for emergency repair service. Not being a local resident, we are very happy with the service Atlas provides.
We had Atlas install air conditioning and a new furnace. Installation was tight in a San Francisco city crawl space, and required creativity to get electricity and the air conduit to the roof. They are easy to schedule, fair pricing, and nice guys. The installs are running great.
