Roseanne is FABULOUS. They really don't need my review to promote their business but here it is nonetheless. I have fine hair and very little of it to boot. It takes a year to grow an inch so yes I have to be very selective with who I let do my hair and what I can do with said hair. She performs what borders on a miracle on my head of (sparse) hair. Color cut every time is on point!

Carmen at Ti Amo is the only hair stylist I will ever allow to touch my hair. She is collaborative, professional and makes the magic in my hair come alive. She is superb in color, cuts and style...you won't be sorry!!

I was referred to Carmen, who is one of the owners. As I discussed what I wanted with her, she looked at me like I was stupid--even though my former hairdresser had been doing it that way for years. She finally said she'd do it, butt it was "illogical." From that point she acted like I was a pain in the butt. The door to the outside was open, just beside my chair, and it was so cold, I started to shiver. But they said, "we never close it." When she was done cutting and coloring my hair, I couldn't believe my eyes. She had said she'd take of 3/4", but instead took off at least 3". I had asked for layers, but she hadn't put any in. She didn't ask if I was happy, at any rate. When I went to pay, she said, "I sent you a text that my credit card machine isn't working." I said I'd never gotten the text, and showed her my phone. She looked disgusted, and insisted she'd sent it, as if I were lying! She wouldn't take Venmo. I didn't have enough cash, but I gave her what I had, and asked if she could trust me for the $30 remaining until I got home to Zelle. Again she looked disgusted and shrugged. I left and paid her 15 minutes later, but I will NEVER go back to her. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I hate what she did to my hair, and her whole attitude was irritable and impatient. Never again.
