Janelle is so amazing & welcoming! She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time being sugar waxed by her. I had to find a new sugar waxer because I moved back to Los Angeles & I am so happy I found Janelle. She has years of experience & it's shows. It was almost painless & went by so fast. I've been coming to see Janelle for 3+ years now, and I can honestly say she is the very best! Every visit is a wonderful experience. Janelle's is not only incredibly skilled but also has a magic touch that makes the whole process as painless as possible! One of the things I love most about Janelle is her warm and friendly demeanor. There is an air about her that makes you feel completely at ease--which is so SO important for such an intimate service. I found out that my long-time sugaring lady stopped offering the service, so I was looking for something closer to home. I saw the great reviews for Janelle / the Sugar Shack and took a chance. First of all, she was super gracious when I thought I might be a few minutes late. Second, her easygoing personality and thoughtful communication immediately put me at ease - pretty important when getting a personal service like sugaring! And finally, let me tell you - I have suuuuuper sensitive skin and usually the next day I have bumps and things seem a little...angry.
