First gotcha: There is a 711 fair oaks in Pasadena (wrong) as well as a 711 fair oaks in South Pasadena (correct).
Second gotcha: although parking is easy, the salon is a bit hidden from the ground - it is above the el polo loco and just next to a beauty salon of some sort (easy to miss). Take either set of stairs.
Main point: Vincent was stellar and provided refreshing service. Price point feels almost like it’s 1998 and Americans aren’t struggling with inflation. Highly recommend.”
