It’s really nice to have old school customer service— I simply called with some questions about the bed I had used and the staff were so kind and thoughtful. I wasn’t planning to come back, but I’ll make the red light therapy a regular part of my skin regiment just to support kind people.

I went here last year as they were clean, affordable, and all around nice. I was unable to continue my contract with them due to child care issues. While I thought I had canceled the contract correctly, I found out months later I was still charged and while I was not able to get the money returned for reasons out of their control, they were really wonderful about giving me store credit. I really appreciate businesses that do what they can to make customers happy and I will be going back when I'm able to get a sitter. All around wonderful place, owners, and staff!
