You won't find better service and proper care anywhere else. My cat has been a patient for a little over 2 years. After experiences I've had at other clinics, I only have enthusiastic praise for this place. Friendliest and most attentive staff ever. I've never experienced wait times and my cat is always well cared for and sent home with the proper treatment. They don't push expensive meds and are flexible with treatment options. I don't trust my pets with anyone else.
I HIGHLY recommend this Animal Hospital!! Their staff is kind, courteous and caring. I recently started taking my 2 cat here; one on them who is difficult to manage, and the vets have been patient and understanding; allowing me to reschedule my appointment due to my cat’s ire. They took their time during the visit to offer a full picture of my cats’ health and needed treatment.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. The quality of care and attentiveness is so comforting. My cats both get very nervous at vets and everyone at SPAH is so warm, patient, competent, and communicative. Dr. Chiang went above and beyond, but truly everyone i’ve interacted with there was amazing. I feel really grateful and legitimately heartened to have found SPAH.
