I’ve been working out with Gary for 13 years. He’s the only person who can get me to commit to a fitness plan. I’m in my late 50s and have been focusing on strength training. This is not a gym. It’s all one on one with a personal trainer. Highly recommend this if you want to invest in your long term health! I do a mix between in person and virtual sessions so I have few excuses to skip a day.

Love Gwrx. Great space, atmosphere and overall business. Equipment is well kept and very up to date. What I love the most is how supportive everyone is about your individual fitness choices and journey. I recommend this gym 100%.

Been working out with Gary Loya at GWRX for over 10 years. Personal training, never the same workout twice! Gary is extremely knowledgeable and truly listens to his clients. I've accomplished so much more than I ever thought I could! I'm a 56 year old woman and I can't believe I'm lifting weights safely and in a manner which makes me feel empowered and strong. I've always hated gyms. I'd sign up then never go. Gary's personalized program is something I actually look forward to!
