Great customer service, they are very attentive to making sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your whole service. The ambiance in the place transcends you to another place for the time that you're there. The attention to detail making sure the temperatures of what they use are okay, the pressure they apply for the massage is comfortable to your liking. All help make the service tailored best to you. In addition, the oils and lotions they use smell amazing and don't irritate.

I will say, I was nervous at first because I have A LOT of really thick long curly hair which many people struggle to deal with. I was self-conscious about my hair being too curly but Talhana handled me with such care and even made me feel beautiful! She put me at ease and even complimented my hair many times.
