My husband and I hired Carolien of Cynthia Bennett and Associates and they did a tremendous job for us. There were quite a few curve balls thrown at them during the process (including a devastating wildfire in Altadena) and a 120 year old house that had some...let's say issues...and she handled them admirably. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
