Customers appreciate the reasonable rates and their dogs' enthusiasm for the resort. Our dog Niner loves going to Tahoe Best Friends! He gets so excited when we pull onto their street. He runs in and can't wait to see all his friends. The facility is like a home with couches and chairs as well as an outdoor area. The staff are courteous and fun. Niner has such a great time there and sleeps really good when he gets home. Last minute medical emergency & had to go to the hospital & no one around to watch my 2 anxious dogs. Called in and Miles was very helpful; fortunately I had my dogs' vaccination records!! Very relaxed staff and the dogs were very happy. We boarded our two labs there this past July. We had such a good experience with them! It was our first time boarding there, and we will be using them in the future. It was so easy to check our dogs out for the day. We loved getting to see their pictures online as they were having fun socializing with the other dogs. They had the dogs playing with water and bubbles, it was so cute! The owner, Hannah, was amazing! She called us and let us know one of our dogs had hurt her paw and was now needing urgent treatment. She was kind enough to help us out with getting an appointment set up with a local vet, and even offered to go with us there. We felt comfortable and confident with them continuing the care and medication schedule that our dog needed after her procedure.
